There is something about baby goats, they are fascinating to watch. Love the video ..... If, by any chance, you were to happen to visit the west coast of Canada, there is a lovely goat cheese company on Saltspring Island. Amazing fresh goat cheese, flavored cheese, feta's and a few other specialty cheeses.
Gesine, you look so preeeeety in that video. I also like that you use a silly voice sometimes. (Not all the time. For the majority of the video you sound very calm and knowledgable and your voice is lovely). I like your necklace, too. Somehow you manage to look glamorous while baking. Well done!
I love goats. We have a lot of goat farms here in Northern California. The goats kill me with their cuteness. My main claim to fame is that a few years ago, when I taught in a rural area, a student named a goat after me. I was so honored. (except when I found out that they slaughtered it later for someone's birthday)
So -- did you find out how often you need to milk them? Will you EVER be able to leave home again???
I finally got to watch this! Nicely done. It's a whole different take watching you bake as opposed to reading your recipes. And I did not know that each hen's eggs were a specific color.
I am reading your book now - I love books and am a total foodie. It is my DREAM to write books (yes, plural) one day - but I never seem to get anywhere with it...and I feel it's completely unrealistic - especially as a "full-time" career. Thank you for being so inspirational.

This looks absolutely amazing - and easy. Who doesn't like easy? (But now I have to buy a goat.) Thanks for sharing!
Now, I must get some fresh goat cheese!!! Your videos are the very best ever. I love the little goats, cute!
Thank you, Gesine!
